The time that both the supporter and the learner spend together in the classroom/facility is the longest, and during this time, the teacher/instructor is responsible for teaching the learner academics and independence skills.

For staff who support people with developmental disabilities and other related disabilities on a daily basis, what should they do to ensure that the target learners can actively participate in their learning? Where should they start? We will introduce the most important basic knowledge in daily support, such as basic support methods, and practice them together with you. In addition, we will provide a detailed explanation of practical methods that can be used to motivate learners and teach them the skills to learn effectively.
